  • Unified Dispatch System

DAS One is the unified dispatch system elaborately developed by Catta, which supports the integration of voice, data, video, and location services. It achieves the unified dispatch of various types of terminals such as portable radios, mobile radios and wireless cameras, meeting the requirement of multiple services convergence, multiple systems interconnection, and visualized dispatch.

The dispatch syste, DAS One, supports hybrid grouping for narrow band radios and broad band radios, compatible with analog system. The core network adopts standard SIP protocol, supports interconnection with other systems, such as Tetra, P25, PSTN, PLMN, etc

    Data Access

Support record for all network, audio and video files can be stored, inquired and played back.

    Flexible Deployment

Supports web service technical architecture, and supports browser/server mode, which is convenient to deploy and easy to operate.

    Support Customization

Provides the 3rd development interface kit based on Java language, supports the standard external interface, which is convenient to system integrate and customize. customization.

    Service Functions

    PTT Service

Voice/video private call, voice/video group call, temporary group call, dynamic regrouping, all call, forced insertion/release, call list activation, emergency call and alarm.

    Multimedia Dispatch

Supports standard video interfaces, such as CIF, SD and HD, supports to pull and push multimedia image and video, supports the transferring of video from the fixed camera and portable radio to the dispatch console. The dispatch console can push the video to portable radios. The system automatically detects transmission links and adjusts the bit rate self-adaptively. It transmits HD signals if the signals are with good quality, and guarantees smooth transmission if the signals are with poor quality.

Supports real-time positioning of terminals, such as portable radio, Pad, mobile radio, camera, and individual terminal on the GIS map.

The dispatcher can click a terminal to view the full information. The system also supports GIS map-based audio / video dispatch operations, such as location tracking, call selection, visualized dispatch, and interaction between voice and video service.

    Command Message

Status message inquiry, text data, multimedia message, real-time text data

    History Backtrack

Support to inquire call log, audio and video record, text data, etc.

    Security Management

Supports dispatch permission management and remote stunning / killing
